Existential Stocktake is part of Only One Earth science, its purpose is to provide comprehensive, accurate, unbiased data on national actions that are required to realize the 197 nations’ UN existential Treaties’ objectives: ‘to limit warming to well below 2 C, preferably 1.5 C’ and ‘live in harmony with nature buy 2050’.
Existential Stocktake provides the few essential national numbers – not comprehensible available anywhere else – without which citizens cannot possibly demand adequate responsible action from governments now, and if citizens don’t demand it, governments won’t do it.
Existential Stocktake is compiled from authoritative UN datasets and is supported for public communication by eminent scientists and science organisations.
